she should have wings since she has flying...i wonder if she counts as a cat warrior?

This card doesn't deserve the high praise it's getting. Although haste is nice, it's not difficult to get a blocker with 4 power out there on turn 4 or 5. It's also not difficult to kill her with direct damage or counters. Her Sengir ability doesn't come into play that often, unless the opponent is forced to chump block for some reason. She doesn't really threaten to do very much beyond deal 3 damage per turn, starting turn 4. Which actually isn't very frightening. Still an efficient and powerful card in combat, but at most a 4/5.
Ultimately, the infinitely superior vampire nighthawk costs 1 less mana, the infinitely superior vampire nocturnus costs the same, and, well, if you pay 1 more mana, get baneslayer angel.

You play her, you better be able to get her out of the graveyard, because she will attract creature-kill. And at 2 starting toughness, she's rather vulnerable to damage. But if you can keep her in play, yea, she's great.

With Basilisk collar on the field she becomes a 6 mana Flying, First strike, Haste, deathtouch, Lifelink, 3/2 with that +1/+1 counter ability. Absolutely sick, I am making a white green tribal cat deck but I sooooo want to get her in it somehow.

I find haste + flying on her can sometimes come out of nowhere to save the day in a vampire deck when you're running out of steam. The rest of the time, her abilities synergize nicely (First Strike + "Vampirism") to constantly prey on your opponent's creatures. Plus, honestly folks, have you ever seen a cat with such large breasts? Amazing.
