a bit high costed, but a good ability

expensive but good with might, muscle/sinew, sedge, and all other pump up slivers. 4/4 with trampel is still good enough, and with fury sliver, the pumps, doublestrike and trample add up

All common slivers of Planar Chaos are overcosted (except Sinew Sliver because is the timeshifted version of Muscle Sliver).
Horned Sliver is better.

I'm glad my *** doesn't have spikes and barbs on it like DacienOctavio's does

All slivers are phallic. (At the end of combat, if you control three or more slivers, defending player concedes out of penis envy.)

The problem being that I'd just rather play horned sliver since it gets all the same pumps and at half the cost. This is terribly overcosted and, really, pretty bad.

Ah yes, instead of a *** joke I will say something interesting about Slivers
There are no Slivers with toughness different than their power naturally (1/1-7/7s only) (some have abilities that change their toughness or power but not both, but are naturally equal in power and toughness).
Also the only 4/4 Sliver

Almost all the new slivers are pretty bad, excluding Legion, Overlord, Virulent, Harmonic, Gemhide, Toxin and Essence.
That list seems farly long, but there was allot of bad slivers printed. X.x

I'd play Horned over this one any given situation. Overcosted to an extend where it's 4/4-ness won't help.
-btw: Overlord, Toxin and Essence aren't new Slivers, they're Slivers from the "middle age"

Sliver decks are going to be multi colored to begin with so just run Primal Rage and spend the remaining mana on a sliver(s) with more unique or situational abilities.
