Crucible of Worlds, Fastbond, and Zuran Orb is a SICK combo.

This also negates Countryside Crusher's drawback. Which, you know. Is nice. Not as breaking as the infinite combos, of course, but there it is.
Also, lest we forget, this Johnny-gasm is brought to us by the community itself- it is the happy product of You Make the Card 2, back when Wizards trusted us with card design. I guess the fact that we kept making combo pieces (Forgotten Ancient was also one) sort of put them off the idea. Still, none of them every really got to see much play, so it's really a shame we don't get a few more cracks at it.

Mishra's workshop, crucible of worlds, trinisphere, strip mine, fastbond, zuran orb, crop rotation, enlightened tutor...
add it all together to maximize your fun, and minimize your opponents.

Pair this with Smokestack and Exploration and you can pretend you're Saruman, devouring the earth itself in your quest to industrialize.
I will be able to quote the flavor text of this card to anyone for the rest of my life.
It's enjoyably ironic that a card that has opened up an entirely new avenue for gameplay is a card that was developed through an entirely new avenue for card design.
