My wife, facing a fatal attack by a horde of attackers with only one card in hand and a couple utility creatures on the field.

"Oh dear. Got nothing else to do... I suppose I'll activate my Jace's Archivist, and oh yeah, before that resolves, Evacuation."

As has been stated, instant speed makes this card.

It's saved me a lot of times. I used to have 4 copies of the older version of this card (the one with some dude helping people get on a zeppelin) but I sold those for the sake of getting the 10th edition ones.
