Very similar to Incremental Blight. Cone of Flame can target players, but damage it deals doesn't stay in the form of -1/-1 counters as it is with Incremental Blight.

I'm not sure how I feel about this card. On paper it sounds like a potential 3 for 1, but it's a 5-drop. At that point in the game, you're either getting hit by a bunch of weenies (where pyroclasm is probably better) or you're getting harassed by a huge creature (a big nuke like spire barrage would be better).

Althought there are some better alternatives, I like it very much! It's always a potential card advantage, and you can target 2 creatures and the opponent, unlike with Incremental Blight.
Maybe if you could even target always the same creature, this could have been on the top!

The good thing about this card is that you can use it even if there is only one creature in play... 3 to creature, 2 to opponent, 1 to self. Not bad.
