I'm looking for this card and Primal Command. I hear there are stores everywhere that can give you the exact card you're looking for. Is this true?

Frequent mistake... does NOT GAIN life, doubles life, for example... false cure wouldn't work. Great card though, but better if it read, "You gain life equal to your life total."

Wonder how this card would work if it were imprinted... as the imprint couldn't be put into library.

Life x 2. I played with my bro, he had 48 life and the next moment he had 96.
Not that 96 is big, but still..

As this counts as life gain, it's an automatic 1-of in my Sanguine Bond life gain attrition deck. Talk about an obvious finisher.

Even better than the silly card stores, there are desktop computers with printers everywhere that can give you proxy cards good enough to play in casual environments.

Only works properly in a dedicated life gain/control deck (Or EDH). Otherwise, by the time you cast this it could very well be horribly inefficient, and net you less than 10 life. With a life gain deck however, it's an entirely different story where this can be nightmarishly efficient quite easily.
