I'm genuinely surprised this didn't see a reprint in New Phyrexia. Would have gladly traded Evil Presence for something a bit more...useful.

Works really well with other cards that trigger effects upon entering the graveyard such as Kokusho, The Evening Star, or Pawn of Ulamog, exactly what {B} is supposed to do, win at any cost.

one of my decks right now is running Blistergrubs and Mortis Dogs, among other cards that abuse their own deaths. With just a few sac-engines in there (a la Attrition) it works wonders. I can't imagine how much more powerful Reprocess would make it.. I think I really want this card..

Why didn't they reprint this with New Phyrexia?

You don't need tokens, you need a control deck that uses unearth. Throw the Sedraxis Specter in your graveyard since you can pull it back out. It's a phenomenal black card that is black magic done right. It's not stupid vamps that are just flat out good creatures, it has a drawback. I agree with baller628, welcome to black magic you vamp cookie cutter newbies.
