hmm, should have been reprinted in Zendikar.
Also flavour text reminds me of Indianna Jones.

Nice to find a card with such great comments.
I suddenly have a desire to build an Indiana Jones themed deck. I know you all have ideas, please share them.

Should probablt be an artificer or a scout.
As for the Indiana Jones idea I don't have a decklist but here are some ideas:
Quest for Ancient Secrets, Quest for the Holy Relic, Explore, Explorer's Scope, Veteran Explorer, Relic Bind, Relic Crush, Relic Ward, Rusted Relic, Ambush Viper, Seed the Land, Snake Basket, Cobra Trap, Snakeform, Lotus Cobra, Patagia Viper, Endless Swarm as a Finisher...
Looks like we're building a WUG artifact with possible landfall themes deck. Should be doable in edh.
Please note all the above could be construed to fit into the world of Indianna Jones, maximum realism here.

5/5 for the treasure-map-like track on the artwork!

Haha, while I like the Indiana Jones idea, I think this guy should have the subtype Pirate. In his art X even marks the spot!

Scribbles McGraw! Always a handy dude to have pottering around in white EDH decks...
