I love how the artwork includes lots of familiar other artifacts :)
A great image of this card can be viewed on this carticle:

Regarding the actually quite challenging "woo-berg" cost to remove a permanent, i think the second ability which was intended to prevent it from getting abused by reanimation (e.g. with Goblin Welder or Argivian Restoration) was rather redundant.
It's also notably the only artifact which has this replacement effect, which is normally only seen on creatures like Serra Avatar, Darksteel Colossus or Progenitus.

I mean, I know WHY the art is SUPPOSED to make senseā€¦but it looks terrible. Urza's head is Photoshopped on top of Karn, ffs.

The primary function is really powerful but a bit too cost intensive for my liking. The second ability is a good measure against milling.

this card is hard to play but amazing if you can get it to work, it's basically the ultimate answer to everything. it deals with indestructibility and regenerate and everything, the card doesn't go to the graveyard, and it deals with any permanent.

it's vindicate combined with swords to plowshares. sure its cost is a little demanding but a reusable answer to everything is incredibly useful.

(and I know it doesn't deal with shroud but you know what everything needs to have a limit, its still a great card)

The art is confusing for people as most of the things that make up the Legacy artifacts weren't reprinted in newer sets.

the art is just silly. If you didn't know what it was supposed to be, this still only confuses you. the old art was much better.

The original art is far superior. I understand what the 10th edition art is trying to represent, and I normally love Terese Nielson's art, but it just looks so stupid compared to the pinnacle of epicness depicted in the original Legacy Weapon art.
