This art is 100 times better than the apocolypse art. Although, to those who haven't actually read the novels, this can seem confusing. But to those who have, the other legacy weapon card shows Weatherlight after it gathered the dormant white mana from the Null Moon, which wasn't actually a part of the legacy. This version shows almost ALL of the pieces of the legacy, which makes loads more sense than the other one...
@Yotika: you're half right, Urza didn't make all of the pieces, he just made karn, everything else was from other planes...(karn, urza's eyes, bones of ramos, thran tome, power matrix, etc.)

@ zulp: the various artifacts shown in the image are "Pieces of the Legacy." Powerful artifacts sought after and made by Urza. There is an arcana somewhere a year or two ago about this. Hope that helps

I really prefer the Apocalypse art; it looks epic. This art is just a bunch of thrown together pieces of oddity. Yes, I understand that's what Urza's Legacy was. But this just looks silly for one of the most end-game cards that exists.
What better use do you have for a Composite Golem/ Nim Deathmantle combo? It's great, because after you EXILE THEIR ENTIRE FIELD you still get to peck them to death with whatever utility creatures you happen to have left.

@Keino I'm pretty sure Urza made all or almost all of the artifacts and then hid them on other planes.
