so if i summon him at 4/3 and drop a copy he is at 8/7. Then i drop another he is a 16/15. And then one more cuz i can. he is a 32/31 flying/haste dragon? id say thats worth useing some black tutoring like demonic and infernal tutor to make happen.

I see grandeur being a future mechanic when we return to Kamigawa.

Grandeur is a ability from time spiral i would like to see come back, way to make multiple legends less sucky. now i can play 4x of legends, that are strong but non win conditions without staring at them in my hand depressed at a wasted card. Tarox ' grandeur isn't the strongest or weakest, probably a good example of a baseline for the ability.

I especially liked the fact that it didn't just give him +4/+3. with some pump spells in hand, you could own the game :D

This is sort of fun and unlikely combo, but how about:
This card, Pack Hunt, discard all 3 (32/31 creature at this point), Nostalgic Dreams discarding 3 cards from your hand to get the 3 Bladewings back, then discard those. You now have a 512/511 flying creature, haha.

Really liking the look of this card. What about grandeur with non-legendary creatures? The name stops making sense a little but it might be interesting on some sort of squadron hawk creature, or a bear type creature that gets counters with every copy you discard? Maybe a burn spell that lets you pump it by discarding copies?
