0 mana, adds to your artifact count. But the amazing part is it will make them hold off on their spot removal if you have 3 mana open, and can situational turn combat into a favorable trade.

@Goatlama I totally agree that the casting and activation costs should have been reversed. The card would be better that way and make much more sense as in: "It took me a minute to make this poultice, but now I can use it at any time to heal somebody."
