good against counters, specially if you play a spell the same turn you cast this, prolly deny them the counter that turn

It's actually quite good in Legacy, not usually main board, but definitely sideboard tech vs. the multitudes of non-creature heavy decks. Hinders Daze and Force of Will, although, this is something they'd want to Daze. xD
