5/5 This is an excellent card for control decks if you happen to be running G also.

Duskdale_Wurm?
Stop's green's big creatures? Did I miss something?
I thought it said "none creatures with..." bla bla bla...
Any way... Hellish control power. I recently learned that green white is quite as good at control as blue white. This guy is just more evidence to the fact.
Best if structured for... I don't know... He's so flexible that I can't think of just one plan. I guess that he could be used for a green style control. You play him then, in mid game, you start playing your big creatures and, because they can't play anything expensive, you opponent can't do a thing about it.

He was my favourite EDH general for quite awhile. But first turn Savannah into Sol Ring into Mana Vault with Mana Crypt dropping Selesnya Signet and Talisman of Unity followed by Winter Orb and then Gaddock Teeg was apparently not a nice way to make friends.

This as a general is nearly broken.
.5/5 for that.

What happens if i use a card with CMC of 2 (for example) to bring a card with more than 4 of CMC from the hand to the battlefield? The first card can be played, but the second one would enter? I think it wont but i dont know for sure

actually the wording with Gaddock Teeg says "played". So yes, this stuffs most control decks and prevents the more expensive spells from being played by any means.
