While not particularly game ending, comboing this with Howl of the Night Pack is a good way of getting lots of 2/2 wolves.

I thought of Spire Barrage when I saw this. Seemed like a good combo since Spire Barrage is almost all colorless for casting cost.
You could also combine it with Landbind Ritual in a deck featuring white for some serious lifegain.

Pretty fun with Esperzoa, and junk to bounce with Master Transmuter

@Studoku: You are correct in the fact that you can't do anything while a spell is resolving. But you miss the point. You don't do anything while the spell is resolving. You play Last Stand, and then in response (Before it starts resolving) you activate the Flask and name, say, Swamps. They'll lose 10 life even if you only used one of each color land - Since when it resolves, they're all swamps.

I love how it looks like the bottle is wearing a tie.

I had never seen a flask with a tie before.

Esperzoa + ElsewhereFlask (early game)
Last Stand and obeying the stack of magic. I have 4 of each in the deck

Why does the bottle look like a stubby dick wearing a tie?

This card would be a pretty good combo with Esperzoa. Aside from that, I can't think of anything.
