This goblin would be pretty broken without the swamp cost and without the goblin sacrifice requirement. It'd be a 1 cost Nantuko Husk, and besides, if you're running him in a goblin deck, the ability to easily nuke goblins breaks the game, especially with Boggart Shenanigans in play.

Facevaulter is really cool, and my favorite combo ever, goatnapper+facevaulter, stealing a chameleon colossus. You gotta admit, that would be pretty awesome.
