Then there's the colorless Eldrazi Con***ion, which knocks both this and Mythic Proportions out of the water. Play that instead.

I'd rather pay G more, sacrifice Flash and get an additional +3/+3 with Mythic Proportions.

Certainly nothing wrong with it, but i'd be disappointed to see it, out of all the rares in Lorwyn, in a pack.

The flash really makes this card. And @Acolonyofants that is a much better card but it doesn't have flash which is like a free murder + deal some damage they weren't expecting. If I were playing enchantments casual, I'd run both.
