@snyden: for a zombie deck, you'd add twisted abomination, which is in each and every way better than this for zombie decks. And four swampcyclers are enough, so there'd be no reason to add the jhessian zombies. And if you need 8 landcyclers in your deck to keep it playable, rather add some actual mana acceleration to it, simply up the landcount.

Lovingly dubbed 'Tard Zombies by my group of friends. If it were 4/2 fear and had Cascade instead of Cycling I would still be hard-pressed to find room for it. 2BlueBlack with the aforementioned changes would make it worth playing. I'm still trying to see the thought process on how this card got through in this form, short of cycling fodder.

Maybe if it was fear and another ability for a 4/2? Shroud? Cascade?
