Not bad with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, where he's {4}{B} for a 5/5 and two 'target player discards two cards' effects.

Mind Rot
By the time you have the mana to cast this otherwise, a 3/3 isn't going to make much of a difference, nor will discarding two cards. Either they'll have a mostly empty hand or they'll have cast all their threats.
Nice art, though.

Also good in a Savra deck. Get rid of their creatures and hand all at one time :)

@oblivax, that is completely wrong. evoking a creature creates a delayed trigger that requires you to sacrifice it. Therefore, giving every player the option to respond to it. it works this way online and in real life, Mtgo shows definitely that it is a triggered event.
It is not an extra cost because you cannot sacrifice a creature as part of it's casting cost because it would not a be a creature so that is utterly impossible. Blinking evoked mulldrifter's is one of the most powerful and common things done in pauper.

A friend of mine used to laugh at me for playing this card. He stopped it after I had made him discard his whole hand in turn three using this, Smokebraider and Undying Evil.
Seriously guys, this is an absolute fun card, you just have to use it the right way. That is: Reviving, flickering etc.
Plus, the artwork is really sweet. Gotta love the idea of a three-headed elemental snail. :)
