Even paying 2RR for it is TERRIBLE... it is very rare any deck wants any 6 CMC burn at all. The only reasons to look at this card as costing other than RRR is when card cares about CMC, or when you're running a deck that can usually afford to get RRR but every so often can't manage the third red.

Would be sooo beast. Because of free you might need to to make it cost 4 phyrexian. I know 8 health sounds like a lot, but being able to have instant speed burn for no mana is strong.
