How dose this card not have a Five rating?
It's got it all. The flexible manna weight, the ability to combo, the ability to work in a great number of decks.
Advantages: It's great alone, in a deck made for it, this guy wins the game.
Disadvantages: he has a weird face...
Base rating: **
weird face: -0
Flexibility: +*
Freestanding ability: +*
Potential combo power: +**
Final rating: *****

seems very tough to stop in EDH. Even if you would kill him. He wouldn't cost much to return.

@EnV
Using removal on creatures?! Clearly, you are the best player ever. Idiot.

If you've thrown Splinter Twin on a card, he can make a permanent copy of the twin.

Incredibly fun to use. Now if only I could get it out before I no longer needed it.

Using a good mana generating elf deck you can combo this with wirewood lodge and possibly Elvish Promenade

I just used this card today to get over 2000 elves before my opponent resigned. (The funny part is that I used a pretzel to represent all the tokens)
