Save time, save paper, print this!

Still an imperative part to my {UR} set-specific deck. The tempo is great, and the Hopper is usually swinging for four by turn three. Plus, as StasisMage said, the tempo is everything.

I use four in my U/R deck to activate Riverfall Mimic as often as possible, mostly after I enchant the mimic with Clout of the Dominus.
There are probably better cards that would help me do the same thing, but i like the one drop.

Not the greatest creature, but essential in the tempo you want to build in the early game for U/R hybrid. Outside of that, I would never play it.

This looks more like something out of time spiral.

Its real power is Clout of the Dominus By turn two you've got a flying shrouded 3/3 with haste. If I had a clout, Stream Hopper, and Magefire wings in my starting hand though, I'd probably save the Magefire wings for a riverfall mimic or a noggle bandit.

i'm sorry, but the artwork just makes that thing look like the weakest creature ever to exist. It can.....hop over streams haha.

Save Warrior Creature type, this is strictly better than Goblin Balloon Brigade.

@ all the stinky blue mages liking this dumb card:
Strictly less ROFLMAO than Goblin Ballon Brigade. The Goblins would kill this guy, and inflate him when they run out of toads.
