I used to play this solely because of it's art.
It's not bad, since a 1/1 flyer for 2 mana is playable, while it's potential as reusable enchantment destruction is there (if you slip on a few more +1/+1 counters on it). But, for the most part, it's just not worth much more than its art.
Which is adorable.

Pretty sure this art is pulled from a Lisa Frank notebook

Would be fun in a deck with dark Mikaeus.

This card is really bad. There are other 2 drop creatures that can sac themselves for free to destroy artifacts/enchantments. Such as Keening Apparition, Kami of Ancient Law, and Ronom Unicorn.
The one good thing about this card is that it has a useful tribe. But even then, there are better cards to run if you are playing elementals, even for the sideboard. If you can somehow manage to increase the +1/+1 counters on it for free, it may become more useful. Perhaps with Forced Adaptation or Mikaeus, the Lunarch. But again, that's more cards you need to make this useful, which is still pretty bad =/
Perhaps it can have a home in a highly specialized, direct-counter deck for enchantments, maybe Zur the Enchanter decks...

If it cost {1} or {2} more and came with 2 counters I would be more happy with it. As it is, 1/1 fliers do very little. For the most part, your opponent can just hold his stuff in hand until it dies, unless you're willing to pay {3}{W} for a sorcery-speed disenchant.
