Blink works here. "When" is a sure sign of a trigger.

Pay evoke cost. Creature etb's. Sacrifice trigger goes on the stack. Blink it. The creature is now a new item and the sacrifice trigger doesn't recognize it as the same creature.

Combine with some kind of bounce (Flickerwisp/Cloudshift/Conjurer's Closet) and Mindshrieker for extremely aggravating removal!
