Of course, Mob Justice doesn't count noncreature permanents, which was the whole point of printing it in the block which introduced tribal noncreatures (Future Sight doesn't count). Also, Mob Justice can't target creatures. For example, decks using Boggart Shenanigans would love this as a finisher.

Goblin War Strike
This can hit creatures and no tribal restrictions, for 3 more. I think its 1 or 2 overpriced imo.
