I very much like the card's art.

Those aren't glasses, those are the silvery eyes of the Thoughtweft

Also, I can see this shining in EDH, a reusable, non-tap regenerate? Definitely useful.

The art for this is gorgeous. Larry MacDougall needs to do more cards. A lot more.

I love the flavor text, the art is cool too... Very Nightmare Before Christmas

B/W cards always seem to have a very goth appearance to them. A strange dichotomy of death and nobility.

Yes, unless a activated ability specifically states it can't be cast more than once you can do it as many times as you want, so long as you have enough mana. (or whatever the cost of the activated ability might be)

Not really.

Regeration isn't very useful in EDH, as a vast majority of mass removal spells deny it. Even the most popular spot removal spells (Condemn, Bant Charm, Path to Exile, ect) usually circumvent it.

Besides, this card really compares unfavorably to Deathless Angel, and the Angel doesn't even see a whole lot of play.

Art is sweet, except the guy looks a bit 80's with his glasses.
