Kinda suprised no one has mentioned exalted decks. Finest hour could help perhaps? Easy to cast in bant decks.

Underrated... don't forget he's a Goblin and a Warrior. Great creature types.

Compare with Stampeding Rhino. This can't block as well, but it attacks with the same stats for two mana less!

4/4 trampler for 3? Nice. If you're opponent doesn't have a lot of direct damage capability, this litle guy is dangerous.
Meekstone and he should be best friends.

@sumbling1:
He doesn't get the bonus whenever he's blocked he gets it whenever he attacks. Not blocking him would always result in you taking four damage.
Works well with Sigil Captain but watch out for creatures with wither or infect.

He gets the bonus every time it attacks so it is best when used with cards that let you attack again.
Turn three: this
Turn four: attack, play relentless assault. 7 damage turn 4 (or earlier if turn one Llanowar elves.)

Rather than lose a creature, I'd usually rather just take one damage. That's a pretty managable clock, especially considering that it doesn't even start until turn four.
EDIT: I need to RTFC; I thought it worked like Bushido for some reason. Now that I realize that it triggers off of attacking, the card seems a lot better.
