This breaks the Shadowmoor witch cycle in the allied colours by costing {1} extra.

Not a big deal, but this annoys me. Less so because this one seems uninteresting compared to the others.

Much cheaper and much less fragile sources of untap in this game. Puppet Strings anyone?

Combo with Old Man of the Sea so he can grab power 5 or less guys, or as an instant switch to a better target before you would normally untap him.
