Quest for Renewal. Really good in token decks, just like this dude. Swing all out every turn, untap on their turns to chump/fatty block.

As mentioned by Zetan earlier, Splicers work pretty well with him. Sensor Splicer, at least, contributes two bodies to his P/T and gives him Vigilance so he doesn't suffer from the tapping issue. So yeah, interesting.

It might look cumbersome at first sight, but consider this was the block with untap symbols 
and cards like Pili-Pala and Gilder Bairn.
