Just like Viridescent Wisps, this is great in a golem deck with Precursor Golem and the Splicers from NPH.

Combos wonderfully with Blistercoil Weird and Paradise Mantle.

1) Tap the Weird for Blue.
2) Cast this and target the Weird; his ability triggers and he untaps and gets +1/+1.
3) Tap the Weird for Blue again.
4) This resolves; the Weird untaps and you draw a card.

All in all, you've thinned your deck by a card, added Blue to your mana pool, and given +1/+1 to your Blistercoil Weird until end of turn.
