I don't quite understand why this is rated so low. Card draw isn't that common in green, is it?

And Viridescent Wisps gives +1/+0 to boot. And a potential trick what with the colour change.

I dont see anything wrong with this card. Thins your deck faster and the +1/0 could come in handy.
Infect this effectively nets "2" damage, or slap it on a double strike.

@Weevy: Green actually does have some good draw cards, and if all you want is cantripping,"draw 1" can be found stapled to way better effects such as Wall of Blossoms or Snakeform.
