@Lamaron:
Both effects are activated abilities that require a cost. You can't use one cost (in this case the saccing of a goblin) to activate multiple abilities.

Another piece to this is how a cost is paid. Payment of a cost occurs faster anything else and it can't be responded to. In your case, you would sacrifice Mogg Fanatic to it's own ability, pick who it's targeting (let's say to your opponent), and place "Mogg Fanatic deals 1 damage to opponent" onto the stack. Only after that ability is placed on the stack can you attempt to activate Goblin Sledder's ability, which is after Mogg Fanatic has been sent to the graveyard, meaning you can't activate Goblin Sledder using the already sacced Mogg.

The way you're thinking of it would be true if either of the abilities were triggered abilities. These 'trigger' when a specific something happens. For what you asked to happen, it would require one of the cards to say "When a goblin is sacrificed, target creature gets +1/+1 until end of t... (see all)

A one-drop that can finish off games. You don't see that often.

I remember I had a bully in public school, one day I got fed up with him and in a burst of rage did pretty much as the art shows, used him as a sled down a very steep hill, he never bothered me again (he didn't die, though he was likely mentally scarred for life, karma in action).

As for the effect, this is great, swing with your horde of small goblins, they block some, you sack them in response and pump up your other goblins. Giving all your creatures in a goblin deck semi blood throne vampire ability for 1CMC at common? YES PLZ!

Well, it is a 1/1 for R with a Goblin-related ability, so it'll have some uses.

How does this interact with the various goblins that can sacrifice themselves i.e. Mogg Fanatic? Would it deal the 1 damage on-top-of the pump effect?

While BastianQoU is correct, one point of interest: You can actually activate other abilities while activating an ability or casting a spell, if and only if they are mana abilities. It isn't often that you'll need to, but it can come up. If you have Black Lotus and nothing else on the field, you could put a Frogmite on the stack and affinity pays for 1, then crack the Lotus for the remaining 3, for example. And I suppose it could matter with ordering triggered abilities. (A mana ability is any activated ability that is not a loyalty ability, or any triggered ability that triggers off another mana ability, if it does not target and can add mana to your mana pool. They don't use the stack and can't be responded to.)
