Now that Time Reversal is out, will people take a second look at this card? It's one mana less/ten less cards in your library/isn't exiled for pretty much the same effect. Timetwister redux and possibly better than Time Reversal itself. However, did this card see much play?

If there's ever a card that lets you win by decking yourself this is the guy to run with it. He takes a 17 card bite out of your library.
For the mean time it could fill a slot in Niv-Mizzet edh.

@nammertime: You have a good point there.
Although you have to keep in mind that this card (unlike both the original Timetwister and Time Reversal) reads
"up to seven cards", so it can't be abused to punish the opponent for drawing - he won't dream any Underworld Dreams he does not want to dream.
I think this card could combine nicely with Pull from Eternity if you want a certain card in your graveyard afterwards. If you run a playset of Bridge from Below (or a fattie like Iona or Jin-Gitaxias if you're running some crazy Reanimate deck) for example, you have a good chance of exiling it, so given that you draw PfE or had it before and saved it with Gustha's Scepter for instance (lol), the process of exiling is even advantageous.

@ nammertime: It sort of saw play. I remember when we'd try to combo out with this card, only to watch as desperately needed combo pieces got removed from the game. (Didn't help that Storm was nonexistent.)
