"Wizards stole haste from red" - First of all, it's not like red "owns" haste. Haste is predominately red, but it also exists in other colours and had existed for quite a long time.
"Every other colour do it better" - Goblin Guide? Cunning Sparkmage? There are plenty of good hasty red creatures, and red does have the best use for haste, especially since RDW wins tend to try and win on turns 3 ~ 5, and quick beaters are very good at helping achieve this.
"Except blue, (be)cause they hate blue even worse than red" - Do I even need to counter this? Time Walk. Ancestral Recall. Timetwister. Mana Drain. Force of Will. Jace, the Mind Sculptor. I could probably go on, but ... (see all)

Of course, I am baffled that Akroma, Angel of Wrath has haste but Akroma, Angel of Fury doesn't.
However, it is not fair to say that 'every other color do it better'
Many of the best hasty creatures are red such as Ball Lightning, Demigod of Revenge, Goblin Guide, Hellspark Elemental, Hero of Oxidridge, Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, and Magnivore.
