Too bad Murkfiend Leige says each other player's turn, then this would have been ruining tournaments for a long time...but there is some card that untaps everything, though I forget what it was...

This could be really good the turn after playing a planeswalker, especially when some of them reach the 3rd ability in two turns. Put this with Tezzeret in an artifact deck and you can untap a couple borderposts, take another turn, and then use the 3rd ability. Neat.

Mycosynth Lattice, Unwinding Clock, then imprint this card on Panoptic Mirror, then win, then again if you can have all of those cards out without a problem you probably already won

merfolk enchant or murkfiend liege + any card that lets you play sorceries from the graveyard + any card that allows you to copy spells like fork, uyo, or twin cast, and you got infinite turns. I'm sure wanderwine prophets could have fun with this one too.

The drawback doesn't exist with merfolk tribal untapping things and Grand Architect making tons of mana. Or Sword of Feast and Famine.

Unwinding Clock is probably this card's absolute best friend forever. While if you want to go for Broken-er, there are better options, these two cards together feel like they are roughly the same Tier and can probably wreck somebody's day pretty good. :)
