Overrun is one of my favorite cards ever because the theme and flavor of it match my play style perfectly. This is a much stronger overrun in my three colors. I'm salivating looking at this thing. The casting cost is a bit extreme, though. Overrun is usually game over...this ultimatum is more like overkill. 4/5

This card is the terror of anyone you play against. Best part is that thanks to lifelink, you don't need to fear attacks on you until your next turn (even in a larger game) because lifelink will keep you safe. Awesome card, completely worth seven mana.

Its a very good ultimatum, other than it needs creatures. The pure value of titanic ultimatum vs. other ultimatums is it wins games, because its power increases based on the number of creatures in play. Obviously, mycoloth + titanic ultimatum is an instant game win in most cases. In a situation where there are less creatures in play and it doesn't win the game, the value is the lifelink. You may not kill your opponent, but you regain like 20 life with only a few creatures in play. Unlike the other ultimatums, it's also in a mana accel color, that is likely playing jungle shrines and trace of abundance, making it very easy to pull off around turn 5 or 6. Overrun may be cheaper, but titanic ultimatum is a far better card, if it really matters you can always play with both in one deck or use knotvine mystic and birds of paradise to play it easily, and also turn your flying birds of paradise into 5 power killers. Not to mention naya charm can let you play it from your graveyard repe... (see all)

nothing beats using this to attack for 412 points of damage killing 8 other people in a 9 person game.
I should know I was one of the 8.

Now that's what i call a Timmy card!
Then, on the other hand, this will work even better with many little creatures (such as tokens) rather than a few big fatties.

I'm loving the rulings on this card.
10/1/2008 The set of creatures affected is fixed as Titanic Ultimatum resolves.
10/1/2008 Multiple instances of first strike and trample are redundant.
10/1/2009 The set of creatures affected is fixed as Titanic Ultimatum resolves.
10/1/2009 If a creature you control already has lifelink, Titanic Ultimatum will give it a second instance of lifelink; however, multiple instances of lifelink are redundant. You still only gain life equal to the amount of damage dealt, regardless of how many instances of lifelink the creature has.
10/1/2009 Multiple instances of first strike and trample are redundant.
And I'm waiting for the next one.
04/1/11 All rulings on Titanic Ultimatum are redundant.

well, the shards block i think gave out several "overrun" cards. for example, sigil blessing is a mini overrun with its +3/+3 to one creature and +1/+1 to others. titanic does the same thing and i don't think its worth is limited in casual. you can create agressive beatdown deck around this card using (as was said) mana-producing elves as accelerators and finishers as well.

Let's see. . . this, or Overwhelming Stampede?
Also, if you're observant, Ajani Vengeant can be seen in the background of this card and the Soul's cycle in the same set.

Should read:
As an additional cost to cast Titanic Ultimatum, apologize for what you're about to do.
Until end of turn, creatures you control get +5/+5 and gain first strike, trample, and lifelink.
