Conspiracy theory time: Look closely at what is depicted on the sigil... does it perhaps resemble the appearance of a certain dragon? A dragon who had agents on each of the shards?

T1 - Llanowar Reborn.
T2 - Blue source + Thrummingbird, graft the +1/+1 counter onto it.
T3 - Land, this for 3 mana, remove one charge counter to equip to Thrummingbird and start going to town!
T4 - You should have a 6/6 Thrummingbird.
