Very strong utility card in my Mayael the Anima EDH.
Art is solid add 1
Card Draw is nice add another
Conditions req'd aren't too difficult in his shard but he's a fragile four drop subtract 0.25
Mana source +1
Colorless in a mana hungry environment -0.25 (considering by the time he comes out you should have most required colors)
P/T could be a little higher, 2/3 or a 1/4 would at least make him a sturdier blocker +0.75
CMC is a little high for what you get, conditional card draw and a colorless mana ability for 3ColorlessGreen? On a bear? Not worth a whole point...all useful but in combination just leaves him a targeted four drop add 0.75
4/5 not too shabby IMHO

Notably, she plays nicely with all of her in-colour shards:

Exalted persists until the end of turn, which is when this triggers, so attacking in Bant gets you a card if it survives.
Naya, well, Naya puts out big things.
Jund gobbles up things to make big things, so she helps immediately make up for Devour card disadvantage.
