Baneslayer Angel pretty much put this card in the dumpster.
But this card is budget.

Exalted creates bad tension.
1) I want to attack with two creatures, but it is only marginally more effective than attacking with one
2) I want to save mana for combat tricks, but she is begging to be played pre-combat
3) If you kill my only attacking creature, you have nullified my entire attack.
4) You cast wrath, and all but one of my creatures just sat around waiting for it to happen.
Fortunately, some of the exalted creatures are solid without or inspite of the ability, like this, Sovereigns of Lost Alara, and Noble Hierarch.

Umm, this is exactly the same as Baneslayer without First Strike.

One of the most god-awful creatures out of shards of alara.

I used to have Battlegrace in my casual B/W reanimation deck. Mind you not the best creature for that deck, but she can hold her own and/or support other creatures.
Currently I have her in my Sigarda, Host of Herons EDH Tron deck. At first I liked her, but thinking about replacing her. Not 100% sure.
ALTHOUGH I was playing a EDH game with the deck and I only had her out with some enchants (Rancor, Bear Umbra and others buffs I can't remember at the moment). She was about a 12/10 with the exalted ability on her and to be honest. She saved me for quite a few turns by herself.
Non-Exalted deck rating 4/5. Exalted deck rating 5/5.

@Kryptnyt
When he wrote his comment, lifelink did stack. This card was one of the main reasons for the rules change.
