"Creature - Ouphe"?! Alas, my dreams of constructing a Niall-Silvain tribal deck have been dashed!

There are lots of problems with this card in my opinion. Its ability is way to expensive, considering that there are much cheaper ways of doing the same thing. For its Mana cost it should be bigger than it is, probably a 2/3 at least. The card is also extremely green heavy. This is fine considering that green mana is usually easy to come by, but it is useless in any multicolored decks.
Despite all of this I think it deserves a 2/5. Why? The artwork is quite simply awesome.

I'll give him a point for the epic picture, but that is it. Niall is brutally overpriced and virtually unplayable.
1/5

If you would see these Manacost on a modern creature card it would at least be a 3/4.
Also the Ability is hopeless overpriced compared with modern standard.

Niall is the name of an old Irish hero, Niall Noigiallach or Niall of the Nine Hostages. I guess I'm glad there is a card with my name but I do think it should at least be a legendary ouphe. But hey what are ya gonna do?

Hey, I would rather play that powercreeped Leatherback Baloth out there.

Nearly useless, as there are better creatures out there for the same price and his ability is so expensive it is unplayable. If you are desperate to regenerate your creatures use yavimaya hollow or the new card asceticism.
