Absurdly powerful for his cost. The lack of evasion just means you have to give him Dragon Fangs or something. I use this guy with a deck that literally mills itself to scraps. It's hard to deal with a 53/52 Flying, Trampling, Vigilant, Hasty dude on turn four. Especially when they tap out for Jace.

Apparently, we have here a hammerhead basking shark with spindly little arms. Marvelous.

Use this baby in a dredge deck with Dread Return and Bloodghasts. It can come out pretty early for practically no cost that way.

Amazing art, amazing concept, amazing power, one of my all time faves
42/5, although I still can't understand exactly what he/she is, maybe a giant glowing green eyeball? Also, thank goodness for not being legendary

I was introduced to magic with Lor/Sha, while Alara was the newest set.
This was the first card I HAD to have. (I was playing G/B)
To this day this guy inspires awe in me that I can't describe, simply because he is such the awesome creature bomb for B/G.
