I think I'd prefer prevent damage, not sure of any blue that can do that. Seems like a missed opportunity, so 1/2 star.

Art is making me think of a mixture of 3 great movies, well 2 were great, 1 was shaky. TMNT III (the samurai one) finds the shores of Rome in 'Troy' which then meets '300'. Haha

Very few situations when I would want this in my hand over a simple Negate. If I was on the R&D team I would have pointed that out.
