Lots of fun. Pinging at end of turn is really amusing. Works well with Loxodon Warhammer (or other lifelink, but the warhammer fits other creatures well too), Elder Mastery, Fireshrieker (Or any other doublestrike), and Grafted Exoskeleton (jerk).

No, whenever a card says, "Lightning Reaver", or whatever, what it really means is, "This card". In WotC speak, it's denoted by "CARDNAME". In other words, it won't affect other instances of itself.

Every time I play this, either the people know it and go "Damnit!" or don't know it and invariably do this.
"Damage at end of turn. Geez! Wait, it has fear? Damn! Wait, and haste? What!!"
Beautiful finisher. The haste makes this card. You are going to get the four damage through, at least. I don't even run anything to buff it. It just kills people.
Absolutely balanced. Awesome rare.

This right here is a creature that your opponents will fear. When this hits the battlefield, if it is not removed soon, it tends to win games. Also all the abilities are impressive. 5/5
