His ability is what devour should be. He can work in a jund deck, but little else. 3.5/5 for being useful, but only in a narrow context.

That Art Is Beasty Looks Like A Dark Pre-Historic Backround Plus Hes Not Bad I Like The Two Thrinax's. Though The New Sac Rule Is Super Gay (But Makes Sense) If Your Playin With Your Friends Just Go Old School

el oh el; a 'fixed' ravager.
This guy did me wonders at the Conflux pre-release.

idk, i love this guy. i got a deck built around him. 4 awakening zones and 4 nuisance engines, with some mortician beetles and whispersilk cloaks to compliment.

This guy would have been ridiculous with his brother if he were a 3/3.

Problem is that darned mana cost. 3 different colors is tough to get on turn 3 (unless you've got some serious rarelands.) With a little bad luck, it's easy to get mana screwed. I want to like this guy, but Carrion Feeder is just so much easier and more efficient.
