This'd be fun in a Golgari/Dredge deck. It's always key to have the option of sacrificing creatures in a graveyard deck.

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, but how do you get the flayer husk into the graveyard? It's an equipment, so it doesn't go with the creature.

Cool card, but unfortunately Carrion Feeder has it outclassed. For two less mana you only lose 1 p/t.
