Of all the tutors, this has the lowest mana cost and highest drawback, too high imo.
"Oh, that's right, I moved that card to my other deck ^^"
Would rahter pay 1 more mana and use demonic tutor I must say.

The odds of x4 copies of what you choose getting exiled by the first 6 cards is pretty slim to none. Run with allot of deck redundancy, and this becomes a stronger vampiric tutor. The card gos directly in your hand unlike with its cousin, so you still get a fresh draw.
But, its restricted and banned across the board. Okay to use in tabletop magic, just make sure your deck wont cause allot of grief! :D

you don't run this instead of demonic tutor, you run it in addition to demonic tutor. you can only have one of each in your deck in all formats it's legal in.

706.9 (Copying objects) "Choices that are normally made on resolution are not copied."

This is a very good card. Vampiric tutor was not print at that time (ice age) so it was a very good tutor for one B mana
