Yes, the artwork *is* funny. Too bad it's completely unfitting for an orc. The real name of this card should be "Orcish Rejects and a Goblin". That would be more appropriate for foolishness of this calibur.

Why block when your opponent is dead? These guys are intended for {R} creature based aggro, that being said they are almost entirely outclassed by Goblin Guide, has 1 drawback (potential card advantage) instead of 2 drawbacks as well as haste and a mure more relevant creature subtype.

Back in the day, I used to think this was completely useless but it could be viable in red aggro builds. It's a shame orcs never became a relevant creature type in Magic though.
