I don't think that's wet paint coming off him; it respresents the way the war paint is burning the goblin's skin and making him go crazy!

Yeah, next time don't mention a whole block and Wizard's attempt to fix an entire type because of one card.

a nice card, a pump and haste, 8 mana and you could have a 10/10 trampler swinging, terrastomper +this

Haste on an enchantment, not that great of a property. On an instant or sorcery, it allows you to give it haste for the turn you bring it out. Enchant it with haste, and your opponent can use a weak Mind Control and get the haste effect.
