I really only call it "Scepter of Fuck You" since my friend pointed it out. But it HAS been in my binder since the Conflux prerelease, so it hardly ever comes up.

When I have the Scepter of Fugue in play, does it allow me to play music from J.S. Bach's Well Tempered Klavier more effectively?

I can't think of anything better to justify this card.

@People comparing it to Nezumi Shortfang and Cabal Interrogator, in addition to this being far less vulnerable to removal, it also doesn't have summoning sickness. That means it can force your opponent to discard the turn it comes down if you have 4 mana, which can be pretty valuable.
