I think that creature token generation is very Green feature and this is fine specimen in that regard. 4,5/5 for flavor and fitting power level.

I just don't get it why the best token generators in the game are Black: Bitterblossom and Grave Titan.

This is one of those cards that, in theory, gets better the longer you can wait to play it, and while it is a good card, it does have some drawbacks. The first is that if you have to cast it at the base cost, the result is a fairly priced but otherwise lackluster creature that probably wouldn't be maindecked. The second is that it can be hard to time when you play this card. Ideally, you'd want to play him where he fit, but sometimes its hard to make that call. But then again, sometimes he'll fit perfectly into your curve, and can create a good board position. Heck, he's an automatically at least a 4 for being able to convert end of game mana supplies into power. The only real disadvantage of this card is that the wolves and the elemental take a turn before they can move in for the kill, giving your opponent time to get around them, but then again, if they had haste, it wouldn't really be fair (maybe my playset of Burst of Speed will actually find a use).

Dragon Broodmother's lil' dragonettes would love to munch on some cheap wolves...this and Master of the Wild Hunt in combo with Goblin Assault and Eldrazi Monument and that's quite a deck.

You've ramped to 10 mana in the late game of a game and play this guy, kicking him 6 times. How is 15 points of power for 10 mana a bad deal at all?

Basically, he's 'ok' in the mid game, but if you draw him late game he can be a very potent win con.
